Yes. Upgrade instantly from Settings → Billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?expand_more
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All prices are in GBP.
Is there a contract or commitment?expand_more
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your billing settings.
What happens when I hit the free plan limits?expand_more
You'll see an upgrade prompt. Your existing passes continue to work — you just can't create new ones until you upgrade.
How do online payments work?expand_more
Pro businesses connect their own Stripe account via Settings → Payments. Customer payments (gift cards, top-ups) go directly to the business. PassLite takes a small platform fee (1% + 20p) on each transaction — we never hold your funds.
Do you offer annual billing?expand_more
